USM’s Steele Hall

Monarch Build proudly served as the general contractor for Steele Hall, a newly constructed residence hall at the University of Saint Mary. Designed to enhance the student living experience, Steele Hall offers apartment-style housing tailored for juniors, seniors, and graduate students while remaining open to all Saint Mary students.

Each four-bedroom apartment features single-occupancy rooms with modern furnishings, including a twin XL bed, desk, chair, dresser, and spacious closet. Residents enjoy a shared kitchenette, dining/living area, and bathroom, fostering a comfortable and independent living environment.
