MBB Office

For advertising agency, MBB, it was important to integrate the emotional connection of its brand with its completely renovated physical office space. In close collaboration with the owner and design team, Monarch transformed a 10,350 sf gym into MBB’s new offices, bringing its culture to life from the moment visitors and team members walk through the door.

MBB owner, Christian Weld-Brown, reflected on building out a new space during a pandemic, and made observations of the process, saying, “We were actually fortunate

in the timing; there was a sense of urgency to complete it. Construction was all hands on deck. Everyone worked very hard to stay safe while completing the job. Our contractor, Monarch, and our architects at Clockwork all did an incredible job of moving the project forward in the midst of a really crazy time.”

Renovation included the complete demolition of the existing interior and cutting in 28 new exterior windows. Construction also involved the addition of a new mezzanine, with up-scale finishes throughout the building.
