Monarch provided a renovated office ideally suited for the innovative global financial services provider Multi Service Technology Solutions, Inc. The two-story renovation consisted of open offices around the perimeters of each floor with dedicated breakout collaboration and huddle spaces. The interior of each floor included large conference rooms and state of the art technology to allow seamless connectivity to other MSTS locations.

The renovation included a dedicated break room and activity area in the lower level with a reception area and modular arts interlocking rock wall to provide separation for the reception area from the adjoining open office.
