Working in construction was honestly not something I ever thought about doing growing up. When I turned 16, a family friend asked me to come work for his construction company. I interned for them for 7 summers, ended up switching my major in college to construction management, and have been in the industry ever since! Even though it wasn’t something I had always planned, I ended up loving it and have made so many great relationships with people over the years.
