I believe developing relationships is very important. Whether it's with our superintendents or subcontractors, I think a good working relationship really matters when it comes to getting a project done on time and on budget. From my experience, if you have a good working relationship with someone, they are more likely to not only work hard for you, but also do what's in the best interest of the project itself.
