Arvest Bank (Three locations)

Arvest Bank used the Kansas City metro area to test a new modular branch design. The new branches are built in three pieces, shipped to the site, and assembled. Each branch is about 880 square feet and includes a drive-thru and state-of-the-art interactive teller machines.

Monarch provided site construction for three of the new pre-fabricated banks. One being located on Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park, another in Olathe, and another in Shawnee.
