Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice (BSCR) is a Midwest firm that is nationally recognized in defense litigation. Monarch performed the renovation of a 20,000-square-foot space that was next to the firm’s existing office.

With the additional space, the firm was able to consolidate its two Kansas City locations into one. The renovation not only united all local associates on one floor at the same location, but it also enhanced the functionality and the overall work environment for BSCR's employees and clients.
