Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is a state-of-the-art oral surgery center with eight procedure rooms, as well as a welcoming reception area, staff workspace, public and private restrooms, two doctor’s offices, and a sterilization lab.

The project included the site development of a greenfield parcel, including site utilities, stormwater detention, parking lot, and public improvements.

The construction of the two-story building consists of a wood-framed structure with internal metal studs, walls with brick, stone, EFIS, and aluminum storefront as the primary exterior finishes.

As part of our standard services, Monarch coordinated with the Owner’s vendors for security, voice and data technology, and dental equipment installation.
