When clients require a fast turnaround, Monarch will pull out all the stops to make it happen. With a 14-week, expedited schedule, we were on time and ready for Intrepid’s move-in. High-end finishes with loads of detail, folding-glass wall separators, and an enviable cafe/coffee area welcome the company’s employees and visitors. Custom-built casework are featured throughout the space, and Intrepid’s new three-story, wood-tiered seating area makes a great visual focal point for this highly creative environment.
