NLV Lot 7 Bldg 31 & Box Real Estate Development

This two-story, multi-use shell building in the New Longview area of Lee’s Summit consists of six shell tenant spaces with a slab-on-deck second floor structure and cold-formed metal framing. The interior of the shell tenant spaces includes demising walls, stair wells, stair chair lifts and code-required security lighting. The exterior consists of Nichiha panels, metal panels, cement siding, brick, stone and stucco. Monarch also provided sitework including utilities to the building, a new asphalt parking lot, dumpster enclosure, private sidewalks, and courtyard.

Not only did Monarch perform the work for the shell building, but Monarch also provided tenant improvements in one of the tenant spaces for Box Development Real Estate’s new headquarters. The space includes lofted ceilings and exposed building structure.
