Quanta Engineering

Renovations to this 20,000-sf commercial office building presented unique opportunities for the Monarch team, in that Quanta remained fully operational throughout the duration of the project. Through a phased approach, Monarch provided light demolition and new construction services including new walls, carpet, lighting and paint.

Existing mechanical systems were maintained. The project also featured a customized stainless-steel cable system to create a feature wall. Two new all-glass security vestibules were added as well as a new breakroom with fixtures, appliances and designer lighting.
