Evaptech

A world-wide provider of cooling tower products, EvapTech outgrew its existing space, leading to the purchase of a 54,000-sf building with a raised 12,000 sf mezzanine level. Monarch’s renovation involved converting the mezzanine level to accommodate administrative offices, meeting rooms and an education center to better facilitate team interactions and client meetings.

Mezzanine-level construction included new walls, HVAC, lighting, and floor and wall treatments. Two full-sized restrooms and an ADA lift were also included in the renovation. The new warehouse space allows for increased efficiency to build prefabricated cooling tower products for commercial HVAC, power generation, and industrial processes.
