Kansas City Current Broadcast Studio

A new home for the KC Current’s next chapter in storytelling.

Monarch Build provided general contractor services for the KC Current’s new Riverfront Production Studio, a 2,300-square-foot production space designed to support the team’s growing broadcast and content needs. Located within the Current Landing development, the studio brings together a dedicated broadcast studio, podcast studio, photo studio, control room and supporting spaces.

The 736-square-foot broadcast studio serves as the centerpiece of the space, supported by dedicated production and control areas designed for professional content creation. The project required close coordination across architectural, mechanical, electrical, audiovisual and specialty systems to create a highly functional environment where technology and design work seamlessly together.

As the KC Current continues to grow its presence on and off the field, the Riverfront Production Studio provides a purpose-built space to share its stories, connect with fans and bring the Current brand to life.
