This 20,000-sf interior renovation of an existing commercial space included extensive demolition, making way for the construction of:

• new meeting and executive conference room
• two large open area workstation centers
• perimeter private offices
• break room

The project included new furniture, fixtures, and equipment as well as modifications to the electrical and HVAC systems. This highly successful project was completed in a fully occupied, multi-story office building without impacting the existing tenants.
